Cost Calculation
The manufacturing cost is calculated after determining the quantity and technical specifications of the products. Cost is primarily influenced by:
- size and shape of nameplate
- material and thickness
- printing method
- quantity of items
- numbering, marking
- mounting option
We select product parameters and manufacturing technology considering operating requirements, aiming to provide an optimal balance of quality and cost.

Payment and Documents
Nameplates are made to custom order — each item is produced on the basis of an approved layout and technical requirements.
Production starts after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment.
Payment methods:
- For enterprises and organizations — payment to the FOP bank account.
- For individuals — payment via IBAN banking details.
After payment confirmation, the order is forwarded to production.

Layout Approval
After defining the technical specifications, development of a new layout or preparation of the client's provided layout for production is carried out.
Before starting production, the client must verify and approve the accuracy of the layout.
If adjustments are needed, revisions are completed before launching production.
Layout approval and necessary adjustments are made in the client's preferred messenger, enabling fast file exchange and easy communication.

Sample Production
If the technology or material requires additional verification, we can produce test samples of the nameplates. This allows comparison of different materials, coatings, and marking techniques, ensuring the best choice before serial production.
For serial orders, sample production is especially useful when developing a new item or selecting optimal technology.

Production and Timelines
The production time depends on the quantity of items, technical parameters, order complexity, and current facility workload.
Small orders are usually manufactured within 1–3 business days. For more complex or technologically intensive orders, the timeline may be up to 10 business days.
Production times are agreed upon when placing the order.
For serial orders, production schedules are agreed upon individually. For large volumes, manufacturing and shipment in separate batches according to an agreed schedule is available.

Shipment and Delivery
Upon completion of production, finished nameplates undergo quality control, verification against the approved layout and technical parameters, and quantity check.
The finished order is carefully packed to protect against damage and deformation during transit.
A waybill is issued according to the details and address provided by the client, and handed over to the courier service.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out mainly by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Delivery by other preferred courier services is available upon request.
When shipping multiple types of nameplates or sets, products can be grouped and labeled during packaging for convenient verification upon receipt.
Delivery to EU Countries
Orders to European Union countries are shipped via available delivery methods, including postal and courier services.
For select routes, delivery via scheduled intercity buses is available to cities with regular connections.
Terms and costs of international shipping are agreed upon individually when placing the order.

Not sure which material to choose?
You do not need to understand materials on your own. Based on the product description, operating conditions, and your layout, we will suggest which material and manufacturing method are best suited for your task.
Can you make a nameplate from a photo?
Yes, of course. A photo of an existing nameplate is usually enough to preliminarily assess its design, dimensions, and manufacturing method. If information is insufficient, the manager will clarify the necessary parameters.
What if there is no ready-made layout?
That is not a problem, we can do it. You can send a photo, drawing, sketch, or simply information about what should be indicated on the nameplate. If a full layout development is needed, this can also be agreed upon with the manager.
Can I order a small quantity?
Yes, we manufacture nameplates from 1 piece. Quantity is not an obstacle for ordering — the manufacturing technology is selected depending on the task and batch size.
Can you duplicate/reproduce a nameplate?
Of course, we can reproduce it. If you have the nameplate, its photo, a sample, or at least information about the dimensions and printed data, we can produce an identical item. If needed, we will help restore the layout.
Can you make a sample first?
Yes, if necessary to agree on appearance and design. Sample manufacturing is most often done prior to large or serial orders, for approval or choosing the best nameplate manufacturing option.
Needed very urgently, can you do it?
In many cases, we can manufacture nameplates urgently. Possibility and timeframe depend on material, technology, quantity, and order complexity. Let us know by what date you need the items, and we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
Do you ship nameplates with cash on delivery?
Nameplate manufacturing is custom-made. Production begins after order confirmation and advance payment. This is because materials are selected specifically for each particular item.
Can I pay in cash or by card?
Unfortunately no, payment is made only to the bank checking account. For companies and organizations — cashless settlement according to an invoice issued in advance. Individuals can pay to the checking account using IBAN details.
