A higher-tier option is the specialized materials from Rowmark, an American manufacturer. These come at a higher price but deliver more consistent surface quality, machining precision, and finished-product appearance.
Material selection should not be based solely on price. For a simple technical overlay, the lower-cost option may be entirely adequate. For a demanding control panel that must look identical across a large production run, a higher-grade material is the more appropriate choice.
